I cannot access my navayan.com account.

a) If you are a newly registered member then you need to activate your Navayan.com account. The activation link has been sent to your email address during registration.
b) If your account is already activated, it stays in a queue for approval. Once Navayan.com approve your account you will be able to login to Navayan.com.
c) Navayan.com thinks that your account or information is not valid. Or your account has been banned or deleted due to some reason/s.

Answer: You need to provide your secondary email, your navayan.com account password and your birth date which was saved by you on Navayan.com while updating your profile. After submitting this information, Navayan.com will alter your secondary email as primary email and will create a new password for new login name. So on next time you can login by using your secondary email address as login name with new password.
